Dr. Ralph Armah, the Medical Director of the Greater Accra Regional Hospital, brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in healthcare management. With a background in medicine and a passion for improving patient care, Dr. Armah is committed to leading the hospital toward excellence and innovation in healthcare delivery.
Years of practice: 20 Years+
Dr Armah worked as a surgical specialist at the Volta Regional Hospital, Ho and at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital as a consultant. He joined the Greater Accra Regional Hospital (GARH) in 2015 as a surgical consultant and became Head of the Surgery Department in 2016. In 2017, he was appointed the Clinical Director of the GARH.

He is currently an advocate for VTESZ (Venous Thromboembolism Safety Zone Program). He is also a part-time lecturer at the School of Anaesthesia- Ridge, Accra college of Medicine and the Family Health School of Medicine. He is an Ordained Minister at the Light House Chapel International. He likes to read, play football, and swim.
