Today, the Greater Accra Regional Hospital commenced its 2025 Half-Year Performance Review, a strategic exercise aimed at assessing departmental achievements and challenges while exploring ways to enhance healthcare delivery in line with our mission and vision.
The session was chaired by the Medical Director, Dr. Leslie Issa Adam-Zakariah, who warmly welcomed all participants to Day One of the review.
In his opening remarks, he centered his message around the 3 Rs – Review, Reflect, and Recharge – encouraging staff to take stock of past efforts, learn from experiences, and renew their commitment to excellence.
He further emphasized the power of teamwork , highlighting that collaborative effort remains key to achieving quality patient care and organizational success.
The performance review continues until Friday, 8th August 2025.
