GARH SCREENS OVER 1,000 PUPILS & 300 COMMUNITY MEMBERS!

In celebration of World Sight Day, the Greater Accra Regional Hospital, in collaboration with the Eye Care Secretariat of the Ghana Health Service, Ayawaso North Municipal Health Directorate, and Maamobi General Hospital has successfully screened over 1,000 pupils and 300 community members within the Ayawaso Municipality.
The 2-day exercise focused on early detection of vision problems and non-communicable diseases, reaffirming our commitment to promoting healthy vision and public health education.
Special thanks to the Ghana Health Service, Dr. Edem Lodoh (Municipal Director of Health Services-Ayawaso North), Nii Saka V, (Chief of Maamobi) , and Mr. Emmanuel Kofi Techie (Director for Education- Ayawaso North) for their incredible leadership and support.
