Dr. Leslie Issa Adam-Zakariah graduated from the University of Ghana Medical School in 2010 and became a specialist in 2018. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive experience in both local and international healthcare settings.

He began his career at Prestea Government Hospital, where he served as the Medical Superintendent and was the only doctor in the Prestea-Huni-Valley District for three years. His experience also includes service at the Western University of Health Sciences Hospital in California, USA; GPHA Hospital in Takoradi; Worawora Government Hospital; and the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital.

Dr.  holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from KNUST, a certificate in Health Administration and Management from GIMPA, and a certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington. He also holds a Master’s in General Surgery from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

He is a proud Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons.
