The Greater Accra Regional Hospital has begun a series of activities in commemoration of World Anaesthesia Day, which will be officially observed on 16th October.
Led by the Department of Anaesthesia, today’s event featured a presentation by Dr. Delphine Delali Grant, Head of the Department, who highlighted the critical role of anaesthesia in modern healthcare and its impact on patient safety.
In a show of compassion, donations, both cash and items were presented to patients. Pharmanova Pharmaceuticals also made a generous donation, showing their continued support for healthcare delivery.
The day ended with smiles as gifts were handed over to patients, demonstrating Ridge Hospital’s commitment to holistic, patient-centered care.
