Samuel Djanitey holds a diploma in Object-Oriented Programming, a degree in Human Resources, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners and also holds an LLB.

Mr. Djanitey served as a Human Resource Manager at the Ghana Health Service headquarters from 2013 to 2015 and then as Head of Human Resources at Pantang Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017. He briefly held the position of Deputy Head of Human Resources at Trust Hospital Company Limited.
